I took an off season trip to Las Vegas this summer along with Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Jon and Uncle D, for Papa's surprise 60th birthday party. Now that Papa has all kinds of friends, Grandma Randie really pulled out all the stops and had a really cool birthday party for him, and he totally had no idea. Instead of paying attention and following directions, Mommy fudged big time so we had a nice 2 day stay at Treasure Island courtesy of Uncle Jon. We ate food from the Jewish deli, swam in the super awesome pool, and waited patiently for the big surprise. Even though it was approaching 11 PM EST, I had a lot of fun with all of Papa and Grandma Randie's friends and family. Papa was happy as a clam when he saw us (not mussels, they make his throat close up) and we spent the next few days visiting and roasting in the August sun. Soon enough we will be back for Thanksgiving!
